OUR HISTORY
What's behind Food Trucks Bafoo.
In 1936, Mr. Rocco Fontanot, founder of Industrias Fontanot, born in Trieste, Italy, emigrated to Mexico. Being noticeably young age, Don Rocco learned the craft of 'pailería' (known as ironing which is a technique used to trace, cut, and join metal parts from sheets or plates), who later put it into practice in America.
Years later, within the fourth generation, in 2013, Don Rocco's great-grandson, Alejandro, started a different company, although applying knowledge of ironing fundamentals. Considering the changing business’s needs, he decided to start "FOOD TRUCKS BAFOO", specializing in mobile businesses. The company applies the European standards in Bafoo Food Trucks, providing our customers with innovative concepts backed by: experience, excellent service, unique designs, warranty, and advice.
